Ethical Code

The Legislative Decree n. 231/01 has introduced the condition of "administrative responsibility" for institutions, for crimes committed or attempted by directors, employees and persons subject to the direction or supervision of the organization. The adoption and real execution of models of organization, management and control for crimes prevention excludes the liability of companies.

Kong has decided to adapt its model of organization, management and control of legislation, writing its own Model 231. In addition to this, the Board of Directors has approved the Code of Ethics, which collects the good practices of behavior, establishes the principles on which it’s work is based, distinguishes between behaviors complying and not complying with these principles and leads individual behaviors, limiting as far as possible the arbitrariness in absence of clear rules.
