Log Book
Logbook holders (Kong, Irata, GWO) are required to bring it with them for recording updates.
Certification
A certificate of attendance is issued after a positive learning assessment and an attendance rate of 100% of the total course hours. The test is passed with at least 70% of correct answers. If the quiz is not passed, an interview will be conducted to verify the competencies. If the interview also has a negative outcome, the candidate may attend the course again without charge (or free of charge).
Refresher course
The qualification to inspect Kong PPE has a maximum validity of two years. Renewal duration and content matter is established by Kong as and when appropriate.
Payment procedure
Bank transfer within two days of receipt of the course confirmation. Registration will only be officially confirmed upon receipt of the fee.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation Kong S.p.A. will retain
- 50% if the cancellation is made within 5 working days before the beginning of the course
- the entire fee if the cancellation is made from the fourth working day before the beginning of the course, at the beginning of the course or after the course has started.
Any absences for health reasons only entitle the fee to be suspended.
