Log book
Those who have already taken courses at Kong S.p.A. and already have a Log Book are requested to bring it with them to record any updates.
Certification
Participants will be assessed based on learning outcomes through direct observation during training and a final written test.
Update
The GWO Service Lift User module is a permanent qualification and does not expire, provided the participant remains competent and actively engaged in relevant work tasks.
Payment procedure
Advance bank transfer within two days of receiving the course confirmation. Registration will be officially confirmed only upon receipt of the payment.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation, Kong S.p.A. will retain:
- 50% if cancellation occurs within 5 working days before the start of the course
- the entire fee if cancellation occurs from the fourth working day before the start of the course, at the start of the course, or once the course has begun.
Any absences due to health reasons will only entitle the student to a suspension of the fee if documented.
