ICAR 2026 – International Congress on Alpine Rescue is the event that annually brings together mountain rescue professionals, technical experts, medical specialists, and representatives from alpine organizations from around the world. From October 6th to 11th, 2026, Innsbruck, in the heart of the Tyrolean Alps, will host participants ready to share expertise, explore new technologies, and take part in practical exercises and outdoor demonstrations. Their common goal is to improve the safety and effectiveness of mountain and remote-area rescue operations.
