This variety of really innovative skis has win a big success. Shorter than one meter, are appreciated by skiers and ramblers of any level of practice, which desire to match pleasant descents on run, with exciting walks on fresh snow or experiences of ski-mountaineering.

For climbing use, they are supplied with a couple of sealskins made in Nylon and Mohair and a couple of 7075 light alloy crampons.

The Globetrotter binding-device has a main plate which slides in a rail provided with three positions corresponding to different uses: walking on plain, walking uphill, descent.
It is enough to pull up and move a knob to quickly change the adjustment.

With this particular binding device it is possible to wear every kind of ski-boots or mountain-boots ready  to be equipped with crampons.

The plate may accept even the snowboard-type bindings (Burton included) as it is requested by those snowboarders who wish to go up on sealskins and to go down on a board.

For a better comfort, the skis may be carried inside a rucksack designed for the purpose.

Questi sci innovativi hanno riscosso un grande successo. Lunghi meno di un metro, sono aprrezzati da sciatori ed escursionisti d'ogni livello d'esperienza, che vogliono alternare piacevoli discese in pista a passeggiate su neve fresca ed arrampicate da sci-alpinismo.

Per l'utilizzo alpinistico, sono corredati da una coppia di pelli "di foca" in Nylon/Mohair  e due rampanti in lega leggera d'alluminio 7075.

L'attacco Globetrotter ha una piastra che scorre
lungo una rotaia, dove sono predisposte
tre posizioni che corrispondono ai differenti utilizzi dello sci: camminata in piano, camminata in salita, discesa.. Basta sollevare un pomolo per cambiare posizione.

Con questo particolare attacco si possono usare tutti i modelli di scarponi da sci e da alpinismo di tipo ramponabile.

Si possono montare anche attacchi da snowboard (Burton compresi) come richiedono quegli snowboarder che vogliono salire con pelli di foca ai piedi e scendere con una tavola.

Per facilitarne il trasporto è disponibile anche uno speciale zainetto portasci.

Fix your boot onto the binding, locking it by the plate B. Warning: do not over tight the plate because it may cause a bending.

To climbing a gentle slope, loosen the screw A and move the binding to the front end, then lock again the screw. In this case, the steel tip C is kept in the closed position.

Climbing a steep slope, you may open the stainless steel tip C. The tip will lean against the nylon plate D fixed  on the ski.

Willing to lock the heel during the descent, loosen the screw A and move the binding to the back end, blocking it into the grip E.

Fissare lo scarpone nell'attacco, bloccandolo con la leva B. Attenzione: non serrare troppo, altrimenti si provocano deformazioni.

Per salire un pendio, sbloccare la vite A e spostare l'attacco tutto avanti, quindi bloccare nuovamente la vite. In questo caso l'alzatacco C viene tenuto in posizione chiusa.

3.
Per salire un pendio molto ripido, si può aprire l'alzatacco C, che appoggerà sulla piastra D di nylon, fissata sullo sci.

4.
Quando si vuole bloccare il tallone per la discesa, allentare la vite A e spostare l'attacco tutto indietro, fino ad incastrarlo nel blocco E.
